  • All items must be picked up on campus within 7 days of purchase
  • Buyer must contact seller within 24 hours to arrange pickup
  • Valid student ID required for pickup verification
  • Items must be inspected before completing the transaction
  • No shipping or delivery options available

Refund Policy

  • Refunds only available if item condition differs significantly from description
  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of pickup
  • Photos of discrepancies required for refund consideration
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • No refunds for size/style preferences or buyer's remorse

Authenticity & Condition

  • All items are authentic and sold as-is
  • Condition ratings: New, Like New, Good, Fair, Poor
  • Detailed photos provided for each item
  • Buyer responsible for final inspection at pickup
  • Report authenticity concerns immediately

Payment & Security

  • All payments processed securely through Stripe
  • No cash transactions or in-person payments
  • Payment required before pickup arrangement
  • Your payment information is never stored on our servers
  • Disputes handled through Stripe's standard process

  • Meet in public, well-lit areas on campus
  • Bring a friend if meeting after dark
  • Trust your instincts - if something feels off, don't proceed
  • Report any suspicious behavior immediately
