 - Buyer must contact seller within 24 hours to arrange pickup
 - Valid student ID required for pickup verification
 - Items must be inspected before completing the transaction
 - No shipping or delivery options available
 
Refund Policy
- Refunds only available if item condition differs significantly from description
 - Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of pickup
 - Photos of discrepancies required for refund consideration
 - Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
 - No refunds for size/style preferences or buyer's remorse
 
Authenticity & Condition
- All items are authentic and sold as-is
 - Condition ratings: New, Like New, Good, Fair, Poor
 - Detailed photos provided for each item
 - Buyer responsible for final inspection at pickup
 - Report authenticity concerns immediately
 
Payment & Security
- All payments processed securely through Stripe
 - No cash transactions or in-person payments
 - Payment required before pickup arrangement
 - Your payment information is never stored on our servers
 - Disputes handled through Stripe's standard process

 - Bring a friend if meeting after dark
